Here is our usual process flow:The customer gives us his/her requirements and wishes. We discuss details, price and terms. We make a sketch and present it to the customer. If he/she like it, he/she says what's ok and what's not, and we sign a contract. We provide the completed work and invoice to the customer. The customer pays the invoice :)
